S . Army intel ligence officer, a l ong wi th four other members of his un i t, observed a UAP over the Cheyenne Mountains as they exited their office buil ding . 11111 described the day as the perfect •bl ue bird" sky as there were no c l ouds, l ittl e humidity, with a temperature of approximatel y 50 degrees Fahrenhei t. The object was •potato" shaped wi th di stinct edges and appeared to l ook painted in a creamy/whitish opa l escent col or. It was somewhat translucent with a slight shimmer . The object was made up of what can best be described as articulating fish scales or panel s that were non­ syrnrnetri cal , non-overlappi ng , and irregu l ar shaped. The object itself was perfectl y stil l but each panel on the object shifted i n s l ow waves starting at different points of origin but at the same time . After approximately two minutes , the object vanished . 11111 specificall y stated that the object "cl oaked" in the space of time it took to turn a head and there was no shadow. and initial sketch draft are attached.
