MURPHY 8 Douglas Road, Glen Ridge, N.J., te y advised on the above date that in the middle of t ternoon of November 5, 1957, her husband, hersel:f and 2 children were n the lawn of their prop er ty • From a southwesterly rection they observed a long, cylindrical, dark silver object th no wings but fins on the rear, moving along toward the n.ortheas ,i There were no marki.rtgs on the object, it was not flying high nor aet and they could not tell 1.f it made any noise since there was a plane flying nearby at the same time. She recalled there were no other neighbors out at the 'time and they apparently were the only ones who saw it. She stated that the object returned from the dire~tion it had gone about dusk and it seemed as though there was some motor noise from it. He stated thet his wife told him he had been drink­ ing and imegining things. Mrs. stated that on one o,~casion in 1939 Grabach had requested her t a drawing of Boulder Dam which was to be used for purposes of reprinting. She stated that she had never been paid for this drawing and that she has had no contact with Grabach since that time.
